Virginia Redding

St. Marys-Virginia Anne Redding, 61, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at her home in St. Marys. She was born April 11, 1958 at South Lake Tahoe, CA. the daughter of Roger and Virginia DeLallo Ripoli. She grew up in South Lake Tahoe and graduated from high school there. She moved to the St. Marys community in 1991. Virginia worked for Coil Spring Specialties and Whistle Stop both in St. Marys. She was a member of Assumption Chapel. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Roger. Virginia was united in marriage to Joseph G. Redding at South Lake Tahoe in 1987. He survives of the home. Other survivors include her son, William Redding, Topeka; her two daughters, Jennifer (Raf) Callee, St. Marys and Kristen Redding, Wamego; three sisters, Pamela McGriff, Sheryl Ulm and Liz Enget; her granddaughter Jayden Callee. Requiem Mass will be at 7:15 A.M. on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Assumption Chapel. Interment will be in Our Lady Of Peace Cemetery, St. Marys. A rosary will be recited at 5:20 P.M. Monday, June 10, 2019 at the chapel. Piper Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
