Phyllis Marney

Rossville—Phyllis I. Marney, 91, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021, at the Rossville Healthcare and Rehab Center.

She was born June 17, 1929, in Kansas City, MO., the daughter of Samuel and Ethel Smith.

She was married to Bob Marney on January 31, 1950; they divorced.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her son, Fred Elevier; her parents; siblings, Albert, Herald, Lloyd, Tom, Wanda, Vera, LoElla, Betty, and Neva

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Diane Elevier, Silver Lake; her grandson, Aaron Elevier, Silver Lake; a great-granddaughter, Izabella Quinn, Topeka; several nieces and nephews.
