Mary Jane Siebert, 81, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at a Topeka hospital.
She was born November 19, 1941 in Kiowa, Colorado, the only daughter of Loren Troy and Golda (Fitzpatrick) Wilson.
In high school, she worked for the family business, Wilson Café, in Leonardville, Kansas. She then had a year of business education. Mary retired from Farm Bureau, where she was a keypunch operator.
She married Dennis Alan Siebert and later divorced. They had two children, Derek Siebert, of Manhattan, Kansas and Paula (John) Humphries of North Carolina. Mary loved dancing to country and western music while looking beautifully done up and wearing her cowgirl boots. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, and her time spent with family and friends making memories. She was a member of the Wamego Women’s Club and New Life Church in Wamego.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents; James and Pauline Wilson and James and Anna Fitzpatrick.
Survivors include; a son, Derek Alan Siebert (Nicky), Wamego; a daughter, Paula Humphries (John), North Carolina; brothers, Jim Wilson and Steve Wilson, Kansas City; along with six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at the St. Marys Manor Chapel, 206 Grand Ave., St. Marys, KS.
