Keith Brownell

Keith P. Brownell, 60, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 30, 1957, in Clinton, MA. to Sidney J. and Patricia (Hamilton) Brownell. On December 12, 1981, he was united in marriage to Terry Mulford in St. Marys, KS. She survives at their home. He leaves three beautiful children: son Paul (Nancy) Brownell and grandson, Brandon, Topeka KS; son Christopher (Lani) Brownell and two granddaughters, Addy and Presley, Bellefonte, PA; and daughter Amy (Richard) Wasson and grandson, Ricky and granddaughter Peyton of Springmills, PA.; his mother, Patricia Brownell, Emmett, KS.; his brother, Kevin (Cherie) Brownell, Emmett, KS; his sister Jacquelyn (Donald) Antczak, Pittsburgh, PA; along with neices and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Sidney J. Brownell; his paternal grandparents, Sidney W. and Marguerite (O'Malley) Brownell and maternal grandparents, James and Eleanor (Austin) Hamilton. Keith was a graduate of Delaware Valley High School, Milford, PA. and New England School of Accounting, Worcester, MA. He earned his scuba diving certificate and was on the rescue team for the Matamoras, PA. fire department. He coached baseball and indoor and outdoor soccer for the youngsters of Emmett and St, Marys. He worked at Jeffrey Energy Center and for the Capital Electrical Construction Co., Keith was a member of IBEW Union Local #304 in Topeka. He was an amazing man. He knew the Lord and was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. To know him was to love him. He will be sorely missed. Keith donated his body to science. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 10:30 A.M. at Piper Funeral Home in St. Marys. Memorial contributions may be made to the Keith P.
