THE GRAVESIDE FUNERAL SERVICE FOR FRIEDA G. MYERS HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR 2:00 P.M. TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2015 AT THE ST. CLERE CEMETERY Frieda G. Myers, 82, passed away Friday, November 20, 2015 at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka. She was born May 22, 1933 in the Emmett community the daughter of Clyde and Sylvia Maxwell Lasswell. She graduated from Emmett High School. Frieda later moved to Topeka where she met and married Robert "Bob" Myers in 1952. They had two children; Marla and Harry to whom she was a wonderful, funny and loving stay at home mother and wife. She later would be blessed with two granddaughters, Kally & Jolie, whom she loved dearly. Mrs. Myers was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings, Harvey Lasswell, Marion Lasswell, Isla Betts and Gene Lasswell. Survivors include her husband, Robert, along with her two children, Marla and Harry (Lauren) Myers all of Topeka; a sister-in-law Roberta Lasswell: her two granddaughters Kally and Jolie Myers and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 1, 21015 at St. Clere Cemetery North of Emmett.
