Arthur H. Hoobler 99, of Rossville passed away June 18, 2014 at Brewster Rehab in Topeka. He was born September 12, 1914 in Labette Co., Kansas. Arthur is survived by daughter, Ilah Marie Lee; sister-in-law, Betty Green; 3 grandchildren, Bruce (Karen) Lee, Lisa (Mike) Conaway and Amy Lee; 6 great-grandchildren, Dwayne and Kara Lee, Mason, Monica and Michael Conaway and Jenna BriAnn Rodehorst along with nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Beverly; parents, David & Rennie Hoobler; 2 sisters; 4 brothers; a granddaughter, Julie Ann Luman and son-in-law, Herman E. Lee.
