Patricia "Pat" M. Verschelden, 71, of St. Marys, died on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at Home of the Flint Hills in Silver Lake, KS.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Piper Funeral Home in St. Marys. A funeral mass will be offered at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 208 W. Bertrand Ave in St. Marys with burial following in Mount Calvary Cemetery in St. Marys. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or to the St. Marys Historical Society and may be left in care of Piper Funeral Home, 714 Maple St., St. Marys, KS 66536.
